The Terms apply to all visitors of the site. Individual sections may have additional rules — in that case those rules apply, and the Terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with them.

The provision of educational services is governed by a separate document — the Service agreement. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

The site is intended for adult users. Requests on the site are submitted by parents and legal guardians of children. We do not invite children to submit their own data.

3. Purpose of the site

The site contains information about the educational programmes of iTerra Kids Academy, its branches, mentors, news and events, as well as forms for contacting us.

Information on the site is for reference. Programme descriptions, prices and schedules may change. The current terms of study are communicated by an academy manager before payment. Publishing information on the site is not a public offer, with the exception of the Service agreement.

The iTerra Shop section is a catalogue of prizes that students receive for iTerra Coins, the academy's internal points. Prizes are not bought for money, have no cash equivalent and cannot be paid for by card. The rules for earning points, how long they last and how prizes are handed over are published on the iTerra Shop page.

4. Rules for using the site

When using the site it is prohibited to:

• disrupt the operation of the site, create excessive load, or use automated means for bulk requests;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server or the database;
• circumvent technical protection measures, including limits on how often forms may be submitted;
• collect data about other users or academy staff;
• send spam, advertising, malicious code or knowingly false information through the site's forms;
• enter someone else's personal data without a legal basis;
• copy site materials beyond personal non-commercial use.

If these rules are breached we may restrict access to the site and its services, and where there are signs of an offence — refer the matter to the competent authorities.

5. Forms and requests

The site hosts forms for booking a free lesson, for contacting us, for a mentor consultation, for partnership enquiries and for personal data requests. By submitting a form you confirm that the data provided is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

Submitting a form does not create any financial obligation for you. A request is not the conclusion of a contract: a contract is concluded in the manner described in the Service agreement.

We answer requests during working hours. The guaranteed response time for an enquiry is 3 working days. Personal data requests are subject to the special deadline stated in the Privacy policy.

6. Reviews and user materials

Reviews about the academy are published on the site only after moderation and with the author's consent. We show the author's name in the form they provided it and do not publish phone numbers, emails, addresses or other contact details.

Photographs and work by students are published only with separate written consent from the legal guardian. That consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to iterraacademy@gmail.com; after withdrawal we remove the material from the site.

We may decline to publish or may remove material that contains insults, false information, advertising, third-party personal data, or that infringes the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The name iTerra Kids Academy, the logo, the site design, texts, images, illustrations, videos, programme descriptions and teaching materials belong to ITERRA KIDS TECH S.R.L. or are used on a lawful basis, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view the site's materials and make copies for personal non-commercial use. Any other use — reproduction, publication, distribution, adaptation, use in advertising or for commercial purposes — requires the written permission of the site owner.

Third-party trademarks (Certiport, Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, Pearson and others) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify preparation programmes and partner statuses.

If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, write to iterraacademy@gmail.com — we will review the matter.

8. Links to external resources

The site may contain links to external resources: social networks, partner websites and certification centres. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Use of external resources is governed by their own rules and privacy policies.

9. Site availability

We aim to keep the site running continuously but do not guarantee it. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hardware failures or the actions of third parties. We may change the structure, content and functionality of the site, and may discontinue individual sections.

10. Limitation of liability

The site's materials are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the information current but do not guarantee the complete absence of inaccuracies and typographical errors.

We are not liable for losses arising from an inability to access the site, from decisions taken solely on the basis of reference information on the site, or from the acts of third parties, including failures at communication providers.

These limitations do not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for the quality of the educational services provided and consumer rights.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to iterraacademy@gmail.com. We reply within 30 calendar days of receiving the enquiry.

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court. A consumer has the right to apply to the court at their place of residence.

As a consumer, the Client may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use the alternative dispute resolution platform (SAL). anpc.ro

The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) is no longer available: the European Commission closed it on 20 July 2025.

The applicable law is Romanian law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. A new version is published on this page with a new version number and effective date and takes effect from the moment of publication. By continuing to use the site after publication you accept the new version.
