Through this form you can exercise your GDPR rights: obtain access to your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, object to it, withdraw consent or opt out of marketing messages. Your rights are described in the Privacy policy.
What happens after you submit
- We record the date the request was received.
- Where necessary we ask clarifying questions to make sure the request comes from you. We ask for the minimum of information and do not require copies of documents where we can manage without them.
- We locate your data across all systems and check whether any statutory exceptions apply.
- We reply within one month. If the request is complex, the period may be extended by up to two months — we will tell you about the extension and its reasons within the first month.
- If we are required by law to keep some of the data, we explain exactly what has been deleted, what has been restricted and on what basis the rest remains.
A request can also be sent by email to iterraacademy@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) or to go to court.
