An international certificate is the first serious confirmation of a child's skills
Certiport is an international certification system for IT skills recognised by educational institutions and employers around the world. Certiport exams are taken in 150 countries, and the IT Specialist certificate confirms real programming knowledge.
How does the exam work?
The exam is taken on a computer and consists of practical tasks and multiple-choice questions. The result is known as soon as the exam is finished. Students who pass receive an internationally recognised electronic certificate.
What does the certificate give a school student?
- an objective assessment of their level of knowledge;
- an advantage when applying to specialised high schools and universities;
- the first line of a future CV;
- confidence in their own abilities and the motivation to keep growing.
How do you prepare?
Preparation takes a systematic approach: from confident command of Python to getting used to the exam format. iTerra Kids Academy runs a separate Certiport Python IT Specialist preparation programme with a level assessment, practice on real exam cases and mentor support.
